Basement project – London SW4

In July 2017, We employed Hatch Construction to build a single storey rear extension. At the time we hadn’t even had plans drawn up or passed by our local authority. Richard was able to put me in contact with a very good Architect and Structural Engineer and plans were passed without a hitch. He kept me up to date at every stage of planning and handed the day to day running of the project over to Stefan, their Contracts manager, who again was most helpful throughout the Project. Stefan not only pushed he’s team to get things done, he also went out of he’s way to find good third party suppliers at competitive prices for the fixtures and fittings. The Project was finished on time and on budget

We contracted Richard, Stefan and the team to carry out a full basement fit out and Ground floor alterations to our property, which is an old converted bakery. We came up with some ideas to help with traditional but modern features, which were incorporated into our project.
