Another NEW project completed. Located close to Clapham South, London, the main objective of this basement conversion was to provide the children with their own space due to them having taken over the ground floor of the house with toys, which the clients wanted to have back as an adult space to relax in the evenings.
The client required a children’s play room, a basement WC, a shower room, Utility Room and a spare guest bedroom. A bepoke staircase and wine storage area was installed which created a real focal point.
