The client wanted to completely strip the property back to the original structure and reconfigure the layout. This included taking all walls back to brickwork, removal of second floor mansard extension, removal of all internal walls and ceilings
A new heating and plumbing system was installed throughout, incorporating underfloorheating and traditional radiators, three luxury en-suite shower rooms/bathrooms.
Windows to the whole property were replaced to match the design of the original windows
We added underfloor heating to offer a more efficient and pleasant way of heating the house.
